"I haven't bought my scooter from here but I want to say don't buy Okaya ev scooters. Okaya scooters doesn't even deserve 1 star. The faast f4 model was claimed to run 140 km but it's not even 70km. The battery below the leg space is not waterproof. Little water can damage the battery and you will not even get replacement even if you have battery warranty. The parts are very expensive and of low quality. They will charge Rs200 for just opening nuts and bolts and reattach it."
